SPAIN – Online consumer panel company Netquest has launched four new panels in the UK, Germany, France and Italy.
All the new panels are ISO certified and each panel will have a sub-panel of passively measured respondents across desktop, tablet and smartphone, adding to its 50,000 panellists.
The company said its ‘panellist comes first’ positioning is founded on its gift incentive programme and by-invitation-only policy that delivers response rates of 30 to 60% across its traditional markets.
Johnny Caldwell, its UK managing director, said: "We are on the cusp of some really exciting developments in the research space, the fusion of big data and traditional research has now arrived, but on the respondent’s terms, just as it should be."
