Neuro-Insight names Ginai CEO as Andrew steps down
Ginai (pictured) joined Neuro-Insight in 2017 as head of new business. Prior to that, she led the global insight function at hair care manufacturer ghd and worked in consumer research at Procter & Gamble.
As chief executive, she will be responsible for strengthening the company’s profile and expanding the business and client base. Her appointment is effective from 1st June.
Andrew has led Neuro-Insight’s UK business since it was established in 2010. She will take up a non-executive role on the company’s board.
Andrew said: "Raising awareness of the benefits that neuro-marketing can bring to brands’ communication strategies is something I am deeply passionate about, as evidenced by my decision to remain at Neuro-Insight as non-executive director. But after nine years with the business, I’m also excited about the thought of a new challenge.
"Having witnessed Shazia’s passion and commitment to the cause first-hand over her two-year tenure, I am fully confident she has the drive and understanding to take the business from strength to strength as UK CEO."
Ginai said: "The company has experienced astronomical growth under Heather’s direction, but while the rate of expansion has been significant ( 20% year on year for the past four years), our targets remain ambitious."
Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, Neuro-Insight operates in the UK, US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
