UK— Netfluential has appointed Brand Driver’s managing director Karen Wise to the newly created role of director of research. She joins the agency on 1 October after five years in her previous role.
Wise will be responsible for building takeup of Netfluential’s online feedback solutions. Current clients include HTC, Visa, Aviva and Unilever.
She joined Brand Driver from GfK Custom Research in 2006, having spent five years as its MD and her expertise is in brand development and evaluation.
Lee Eyre, co-owner of Netfluential, said: “Karen brings a wealth of research experience and sector knowledge to the team. She will be leading the operational research team, further strengthening our ability to deliver high quality, agile insight solutions to our clients.”
