US— Consulting group Navigant has acquired clean technology research agency Pike Research.
Pike’s founder and president Clint Wheelock (pictured), who started the company in 2009, becomes a Navigant managing director as a result of the acquisition.
He said: “As part of Navigant, we’re able to offer a broader spectrum of best-in-class market research and analysis and expand the breadth and depth of Navigant’s clean technology consulting services.”
Pike will operate as a unit of Navigant’s energy practice, which is led by William Dickenson. He said: “Pike Research has become a highly respected provider of clean technology and emerging energy technology market intelligence, and we are excited to add the team’s expertise to our portfolio.”
