Firm consolidates its FMCG research offering

ACNielsen has launched two more new services at its Consumer 360 conference, in Hollywood, Florida.

The first, Answers Interactive, is a collaborative web tool that allows clients to publish analysis of ACNielsen content online.

The second is Shopper Trends, a retailer equity measurement service available in the US. This service allows FMCG retailers to assess the impact of shopper attitudes on their brand equity, on the loyalty of their shoppers and on actual sales.

ACNielsen has also joined the University of Arkansas' new RFID Research Center to study the impact of radio-frequency identification ( RFID ) technology on the FMCG industry.
