UK— SymphonyIRI Group has added “almost all” data on products sold at retailer Boots to its market tracking services for health and beauty brand sales.
Boots will provide the firm with data about sales volume, pricing and promotional status of its branded own-label and private label products for its reports.
David Ware, director of SymphonyIRI’s retail business unit, said: “The availability of more granular in-store sales data of branded and private label products sold in Boots will give health and beauty brands – that make up more than a third of Boots total sales – a much deeper understanding of their performance in the UK’s health and beauty market.”
