Microsoft Pulse rebrands
The company introduced Bing Pulse last year as a self-service online voting and audience engagement service, initially focused on broadcast TV and events. It has since expanded into the market research and education industries.
Microsoft Pulse will now be integrated with products such as Azure Media Services (video), Skype for Business (meetings), OneNote (sharing), Yammer (enterprise communications) and Power BI (analytics).
Dritan Nesho, director, technology and civic engagement at Microsoft, said: “Pulse has evolved into a service with applications across classrooms, campaigns, commerce, and causes that empowers individuals and businesses to engage, activate, and learn from their audiences and customers in real-time.”
