Meteorite owns a piece of Your Future

UK— Direct and digital marketing agency Meteorite has acquired a majority stake in strategic brand consultancy Your Future, and the two firms have launched a new planning and consultancy company, The Growth Group.

The two will continue to operate as independent businesses, but will collaborate with each other on certain projects and with the newly-formed Growth Group. Senior management from both companies will take leadership roles at the new company.

All three brands will be based at Meteorite’s offices in London.

Meteorite chairman Hugh Bishop said: “As clients emerge from the recession leaner and less debt-dependent they will increasingly need to stimulate business, brand and customer growth through the fast and efficient application of both lateral strategic thinking as well as innovation and a focus on customer acquisition and retention.”
