Mesh Experience launches global best practice centre
Led by Dana DiGregorio, global managing director, and Martin Daniel, data quality manager, MESHtopia will attempt to combine the work of client service, research, analytics and data teams alongside thought leadership.
This will include publishing article housed on a single website, with the aim of making the content easier to search and retrieve.
The centre will also help improve the company’s real-time experience tracking (RET) work, which uses a three-part survey to capture consumers’ experience of brands.
Fiona Blades, founder and chief executive at Mesh Experience, said: “Our RET approach is unique and so it’s important that we train and embed the knowledge for its delivery.
“Thought leadership is also a big part of our offering and MESHtopia is a fabulous way to harness the learnings we have uncovered over the last 16 years so that we can best advise our clients on how to grow their brands in rapidly changing times.”
