UK — MarketSight has opened a London office to provide sales and support to European clients. It will be headed by client service director Sebastian Wargacki, who is relocating from Massachusetts.
The web-based analysis and reporting platform specialists have chosen Covent Garden as their new London home.
It is unclear how many staff will join Wargacki (pictured) in the office, but he says “this is a significant opportunity for the company… to grow the MarketSight business throughout Europe.”
He will report to MarketSight CEO Michael De Nitto.
De Nitto said: “We’re now at a point where we must have a local presence to truly serve our European clients at the highest level. London made the most sense for us as a first step in expanding our global presence, given the common language and the high concentration of market researchers in this very vibrant market.
“Opening this office is the first of many steps to also serve continental European countries with a physical presence and local language support.”
