Mark Turim joins InsightsNow as MD and operations chief

US — InsightsNow has appointed The NPD Group’s Mark Turim as managing director and chief operating officer.

Turim was previously president and general manager of NPD’s Latin American and Asia Pacific operations. Before that he was global chief operating officer at Ipsos ASI and Research International.

Oregon-based InsightsNow specialises in sensory research and product innovation work.

Founder and CEO David Lundahl said: “Mark’s operational experience and knowledge of global operations will enable us to more rapidly expand the valued services we offer to clients. He makes things happen.”
