UK – The management team of international research consultancy, Illuminas, has bought the business from former parent company, MSQ Partners.
Details of the deal have not been revealed. Illuminas was founded 25 years ago and has offices in the UK and the US, employing more than 75 people.
John Connaughton, CEO, said: “We are delighted with the outcome of the MBO. This represents the fulfilment of a long-held objective to place full control over the future development and growth of our firm in the hands of the skilled research professionals who have built the business.”
