Made in Surveys and Talk Online sign panel partnership

UK & EUROPE – Insight fieldwork agency Made in Surveys and online panel company Talk have signed an agreement to pool their panel services in Europe.

The strategic partnership will mean that clients of the two companies will be able to access panels in countries they did not previously cover.

Made in Surveys clients gain access to panel members in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), Central and Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey and Russia, while Talk clients will obtain access to Made in Surveys’ UK and France panels.

Clients will be able to use 13 combined local offices to manage fieldwork and studies across Europe as part of the co-operation agreement.

Romain Leray, managing director and partner at Made in Surveys’ umbrella company MIS Group, said: “In order to widen our offering while assuring we were able to maintain our quality standards, we needed a recognised and well-established partner. It is an immense pleasure to include Talk’s panel offering (Central and Eastern Europe) for the markets our proprietary panels do not cover.”

Anita Primo, chief executive officer of operations for Talk, said: “The UK and France are obviously very important markets for research in Europe and thus also for us – going into this partnership with MIS means we can rely on a trusted partner who delivers quality services without us having to build up a separate local team. We are delighted to be able to include the UK and France in our offerings to clients.”
