Lovett and Pugh Immerse themselves in new venture
Before founding the firm Lovett (left) was in the financial services team at Ipsos Mori and Pugh was at customer satisfaction agency Grass Roots.
Immerse offers a range of research services including customer satisfaction surveys, mystery shopping, ad tracking, panel surveys, focus groups and new product development. Data collection methods on offer include online, face-to-face, telephone, SMS, video and postal.
Lovett said: “We’re excited to be launching Immerse at a time when such emphasis is being placed on business efficiency across all industries and sectors. We’re enthused by the opportunity to demonstrate the potency and subsequent business improvements that research can truly deliver.”
