Louise Ainsworth made Kantar Media EMEA CEO

UK – Media intelligence business, Kantar Media, has appointed its sister agency Kantar Millward Brown’s CEO, Louise Ainsworth, as CEO for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Ainsworth (pictured) has held the CEO position at Kantar Millward Brown for more than two years, having joined from Warc in 2016. Prior to Warc she had worked at Nielsen and OgilvyOne as well as marketing and strategy roles on the client side at the BBC and Shell.

She will take up the position at Kantar Media on 25th June. Ainsworth will sit on the Kantar media executive committee and report to CEO and chairman, Andy Brown.

No successor to Ainsworth has been announced yet at Kantar Millward Brown. Will Galgey, CEO of Kantar’s Insights Division in the UK and Ireland, will assume direct leadership responsibility for Kantar Millward Brown until he makes the appointment.

Brown said, "I am thrilled to welcome Louise to Kantar Media. Her rich experience in digital and the changing media ecosystem is widely recognised across the industry and will be a considerable asset for Kantar Media and our clients."
