Lens opens its doors

UK – A new insight-led consultancy, Lens, specialising in qualitative research, experience design and customer journey mapping, has been set up by two ex-Nunwood market researchers.

Vicky Smith (pictured) and Helen Fennell have founded the agency, having both started their careers in qualitative and social research. They worked together for five years at Nunwood – now KPMG Nunwood.

They work in both B2B and B2C across financial, retail, utilities, telecoms, FMCG and travel sectors.
