Leger Metrics hires Raffai as VP marketing and sales
Raffai (pictured) was CRM sales and operations director for Cegedim Relationship Management in Canada for the past three years. He has also worked clientside for Royal Sun Alliance and SAP Canada in similar roles.
Also joining Leger Metrics is Marlene Kohn, who becomes a senior sales executive.
Canadian polling firm Leger Marketing acquired a majority stake in Agility Metrics last month and renamed the firm soon after. Leger Metrics specialises in customer experience management solutions.
