Latcom hires business development director

US – Out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm Latcom has appointed Marcelo Fiore as business development director for the US and Latin America.

Fiore (pictured) has worked for more than 20 years in a variety of roles in throughout Latin America, most recently as client partnership senior director Latin America at Teads, and will be based in Miami for his new role at Latcom.

Other prior roles include manager of international on-air and digital marketing partnerships at MTV Networks, seven years as director of pan regional ad sales and creative solutions at NBCUniversal Media and junior marketing and sales manager at L’Oreal Argentina.

Latcom specialises in OOH media and provides local and regional services across Latin America, as well as directly employing more than 200 people and operating in more than 18 countries in North America and Europe, with plans to expand into the Asian market.

Karina Vázquez, commercial director at Latcom Latin America and US, said: “We are pleased to announce the incorporation of Marcelo Fiore, a solid and active professional who, from his position in Miami, will be responsible for promoting the development of new businesses and for the administration of the portfolio of our clients in the US LATAM.

“We are convinced that Marcelo will strengthen the business with all his know-how, collaborating and strengthening this expansion challenge that we have set ourselves for 2023.”
