US— Kinesis Survey Technologies has launched a new online research community platform which can be operated from both mobile and web devices.
Kinesis Community provides support to both web-based and mobile respondents through all phases of their participation in the MROC, from registration to survey access and completion, the firm said.
President Leslie Townsend added: “The future success of market research will be predicated on the industry’s ability to support all research activities, not just survey-taking, on mobile devices.”
