UK – Global communications consultancy Ketchum has appointed Fran Cavanagh as head of research and analytics, based in London.
Cavanagh (pictured) joins the company from Dentsu Aegis Network-owned iProspect London, where she led the data science practice. Prior to that, she was a senior insight manager at the Home Office, working on open source intelligence, designing research and evaluating communications campaigns.
In her new role, Cavanagh will lead analytics strategy and implementation for Ketchum’s London office, operating as part of the agency’s global research and analytics team across London, Singapore and the US.
Bert Moore, chief strategy and innovation officer at Ketchum London, said: “Fran is a deep, analytic thinker, with a passion for designing research with an intimate understanding of consumer behaviour and culture dynamics. The depth and breadth of Fran’s experience positions her perfectly to solve very specific client problems through research and tailored metrics that we can use to demonstrate business impact.”
