Kadence to boost London CATI stations

UK— Kadence International is to expand its CATI facilities at its headquarters in London, taking the number of stations from 50 to 75.

The expansion comes at a time when most other research agencies are choosing to reduce the use of CATI in order to focus on online methods, says chairman Simon Everard (pictured).

“We are aware that our decision to increase the number of CATI stations in the UK appears to buck the trend,” he says, “but it is our belief that CATI continues to be a successful method for capturing quality data in the harder to reach markets and sectors.”
