US— Susan Crohan has been appointed insight director for Kadence International’s US operation.
Crohan was previously steering her own research agency, Crohan Associates. Prior to that she was president of media research house, Research Communications.
She is no stranger to Kadence having worked with the agency on a number of joint initiatives. Owen Jenkins, managing director of Kadence International US said, “We were very impressed with her expertise and ability to consistently and accurately translate findings into clear business actions.”
She will be based at the firm’s Boston office.
