UK— Technology expenditure intelligence provider Kable has been acquired by the Progressive Digital Media Group (PDMG) as part of its strategy of growing its exposure to subscription-based content revenue streams.
PDMG will add Kable’s range of services, including business information, tactical intelligence, research, analysis and consultancy, to its broader premium business information offering delivered via its Canadean brand.
The acquisition comes ahead of PDMG reporting its first-half results, which it says should be in line with expectations. These results are expected to be announced on 26 July.
