Join the Dots launches Insight Ecosystem
The agency said Ecosystem is aimed at pre-empting the transformation of online communities by developing a more flexible solution for clients.
It uses a wide range of research approaches including question tools, social intelligence capabilities and ethnography apps. It helps clients analyse, filter and socialise insights across their organisation and has been designed to evolve as the industry does, integrating AI, automation and big data.
