UK – Consumer insights agency Join the Dots has released Insight Ecosystem toolkit, designed by its innovation team to identify the differences between what people say they do, and what they actually do.
The agency said Ecosystem is aimed at pre-empting the transformation of online communities by developing a more flexible solution for clients.
It uses a wide range of research approaches including question tools, social intelligence capabilities and ethnography apps. It helps clients analyse, filter and socialise insights across their organisation and has been designed to evolve as the industry does, integrating AI, automation and big data.
Join the Dots’ chief client officer, Graeme Lawrence, said: “Through a flexible combination of asking, listening and observing behaviour, we use a range of agile and immersive approaches to understand people and help clients make better business decisions.”
