UK/US — Isagenix, a multilevel marketing company that sells health and weight loss products, has hired EasyInsites to build and manage a custom online panel.
Isagenix sells its products through a network of ‘associates’ who are responsible for selling direct to consumers. “Its panel will initially include US and Canadian associates,” says EasyInsites, “with the likelihood of expanding over time to include additional panels in key opportunity markets for Isagenix across the world including Australia, China, Mexico and Colombia.”
The online panel will include quick polls and forum discussions, as well as monthly surveys and qualitative sessions, to help the company gauge customer opinions and guide efforts to improve experience.
