Juetten will act as head of the innovation practice, which provides insights on the innovation process, such as idea generation, concept testing and post-launch evaluation.

In his new role, Juetten will report to Lindsay Franke, president at Ipsos US, and will help the practice combine qualitative and quantitative data to help address critical issues for clients.

Before joining Ipsos, Juetten was vice-president of marketing at Klaviyo, where he helped create the company’s insights and analytic functions.

Prior to Klaviyo, Juetten held roles at IRI, where he led the creation of its innovation team, and as strategy and operations consultant at Deloitte.

Franke said: “With a remarkable track record and considerable experience from across the innovation landscape, I’m certain that Tom will support our client-first focus and reinforce our position as a leader and agile player in the innovation space.”
