US – Behavioural and analytics platform Interana has released Interana V3 to help clients gain customer and product insight.
Interana V3’s data analysis allows non-technical users to interactively ask questions, across massive data sets, in real time, to better understand the behaviour and interactions.
It is offered as a managed service within a client’s virtual private cloud combining a datastore, query engine and graphical builder and data visualisation.
Interana CEO, Greg Smirin, said: “Unlike traditional BI and analytics solutions, Interana makes it extremely easy to understand not just what is happening in your business, but why. You can dig down into the data to explore anomalies or patterns of behaviour until you understand the dynamics at play, and then take action to optimise or improve your business.”
