BELGIUM— InSites Consulting has promoted Steven Van Belleghem to lead its spin-off conversation coaching venture B-Conversational. He will step down as manager of InSites Consulting.
Van Belleghem will be responsible for ensuring that both companies remain strategically aligned but with B-Conversational concentrating on conversation management coaching and strategic advice.
He said: “Given the market demand, there is a strong business case to set up a stand-alone business unit to focus specifically on this new area.”
Van Belleghem is the author of the books The Conversation Manager and The Conversation Company.
