Insights Association appoints board members

US – Industry body the Insights Association has voted to approve four new members to its board of directors.

Kai Fuentes, president and chief executive, Ebony Marketing Systems; Katie Gross, chief customer officer at Suzy; Barry Jennings, director, cloud and commercial business planning insights, Microsoft; and Jim Lane, president and chief executive, Directions, Inc. will serve two-year terms, which began on 1st January 2024.

The new Insights Association board members were nominated via a call for candidates from the nominating committee. The board chose candidates based on their experience and the organisation’s aims, and members approved the candidates using an online voting system.

The terms of outgoing directors Brett Townsend of Quester and Ashlin Quirk of Axiom (and formerly with Dynata) ended on 31st December 2023.

The 2024 board is chaired by Scott Baker, executive vice-president at Sago, while Jackie Chan, head of research, business messaging, Meta, is chair-elect.
