ING Direct re-hires Virtual Surveys for c-sat task

UK — Savings and mortgages firm ING Direct has re-commissioned Virtual Surveys to run its customer satisfaction research activities in 2010.

The agency will carry out around 6,000 interviews and combine primary research with internal data, such as information on service levels and customer behaviour.

The two companies have worked together since 2008.
