US – Life sciences market insights company InCrowd has announced the general availability of its qualitative market insights service, InCrowd Interview.
The tool uses automation to simplify qualitative research for life sciences, by centralising the process, including identifying, screening, scheduling, recording and transcribing.
Through the tool, participants are recruited from the company’s validated group of physicians, nurses, patients, payers, pharmacists, dentists, and other healthcare experts.
Daniel Fitzgerald, chief executive and president at InCrowd, said: “With InCrowd Interview we saw a real opportunity to automate the steps for enabling qual work with rigour and technology, remove unnecessary processing and administrative pain, and thus bring more value and impact to our clients.”
