UK— Arthur Fletcher has been appointed chairman of the Independent Consultants Group (ICG), replacing Andrew Smith who had been in the job for the last five years.
Fletcher (pictured) runs his own independent consultancy, Neo:researcher, and will begin work on raising the association’s profile and using digital technology to encourage more exchanges between members beyond the south-east.
He said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed to the chair of the ICG by such an impressive group of peers. Between us we have the ability to conduct research in every major market around the world, have experience in all the key market sectors and have used all major research techniques, old and new.”
The ICG has 400 members in the UK and globally.
