HubSpot partners with TikTok
The partnership will provide an integration for HubSpot’s Smart CRM platform on TikTok in the UK to allow businesses to capture leads from the social media giant.
HubSpot said that by automating the process of lead capture on TikTok with a native HubSpot integration, businesses could pursue community-based customer acquisition.
The process would see users integrate their TikTok for Business account with HubSpot, with lead-generating adverts on TikTok automatically synced to the HubSpot Smart CRM.
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub tool can then be used to tailor campaigns across channels and its Sales Hub to search for potential leads.
Mark Barry, Europe, Middle East and Africa managing director at HubSpot, said: “TikTok’s audience engagement is stellar and tapping into that is a huge opportunity for our customers in the UK.
“This integration brings together TikTok’s discoverability and HubSpot’s mighty customer platform to help businesses successfully grow audiences into customers.”
