HootSuite in Brandwatch tie-up to add new social data to dashboard
Following the integration, social media posts that are collected and analysed by Brandwatch will be “automatically prioritised, filtered, routed and auto-synced” into individual channel monitoring streams within the HootSuite dashboard.
HootSuite CEO Ryan Holmes (pictured) said: “Our partnership ensures that users are equipped with a comprehensive set of social media engagement tools that will allow them to, in real time, stay tuned in to online data that is most crucial and relevant to their needs.”
