UK— Steve Heron has been appointed senior strategy and creative director at global qual agency Firefly Millward Brown where he will be in charge of new business development and spotting original ways of using qualitative research.
Heron was last at Sense Worldwide where he served as director of innovation after a decade with design firm IDEO London where he last held the role of senior design manager.
Firefly Millward Brown’s UK CEO Cecile Conare said: “Steve has a proven track record of leading and motivating creative teams to help clients meet their business needs. He will play a pivotal role in developing inspirational ways for creative collaboration with consumers and our clients to deliver exceptional results.”
