Hearts & Science creates chief experience officer role
Matthews (pictured), who joined Hearts & Science five years ago, will continue to report to chief executive Garrett O’Reilly and sit on the senior leadership team.
In the role, Matthews will lead monitoring and reporting on key agency cultural and staff development, in addition to tracking the agency’s representation, wellness and satisfaction targets.
She will also work with account leads on client service and represent the agency in cross-functional teams in areas such as diversity, equality and inclusion, across the wider OMG UK network.
Garrett O’Reilly, UK chief executive at Hearts & Science, said: “Amy has proven skills when it comes to talent development in her previous role as head of client experience, and she has championed mental health across the OMG UK group.
“While we’ve invested heavily in data and technology in line with our mission to make our industry fit for the future, we are very aware that the right talent working in optimal conditions is critical to our success. Amy’s new role will enable her to make a real impact both with our teams and for our clients.”
