Further&Further expands to Europe

UK – North American research agency Further&Further has appointed Kelvin Amos as managing director of Europe, heading up a new regional office based in London.

Amos was previously director of strategy and innovation at CrowdDNA, and has previously held business development and management roles at Protein and Seven.

Further&Further was launched in January 2019 by Ian Pierpoint, founder and former chief executive of strategy innovation agency The Sound.

The company combines qualitative research methods with a documentary-style film-making approach, often speaking with participants over many days.

The company plans to appoint two to three additional staff in the European team over the coming months, with plans to expand further internationally in 2020.

Pierpoint said: “It’s clear that we need to have senior people in key regions to meet our clients’ global needs. We’re not trying to be the biggest qualitative agency in the world. We’re going to stay small and senior, and ensure our culture remains creative and inspiring.”
