Former Ipsos Mori executive Margaret Frazer has launched a full service market research and strategic marketing consulting agency.
9 Dots Insight has offices in Edinburgh and London and founding director Frazer said that it was absolutely vital that any agency should be in a position to offer clients strategic insights and not just the research outputs.
She continued: “We feel strongly that the research output facilitates the start of a story, not the culmination of the process. The ‘story’ should not only provide businesses with strategic insights, it should have the ability to be absorbed quickly and succinctly. “
