US— Forrester Research has acquired Springboard, an agency specialising in providing IT research and advisory services to companies in the Asia Pacific region.
Springboard’s 48 employees, including its team of 36 researchers, will become part of Forrester boosting the latter’s presence in the region, especially China.
Forrester CEO George Colony (pictured) said: “Springboard’s research, data and advisory products strengthen our offering for vendor strategy professionals, helping them plan, market and sell their global offerings. This acquisition deepens our knowledge of the Asia Pacific region, and it formalises our entry into China.”
Springboard was previously part of Knowledge Platform and has offices in Singapore, New Delhi and Beijing.
