UK— British Airways has hired ForeSee Results to measure satisfaction levels of visitors to its website.
ForeSee’s research will also be used by the airline to examine how changes to the layout and design of the website impact on customer behaviour.
Nick Gassman, BA’s user experience, design and insight manager, said: “British Airways is committed to constantly improving the customer experience on ba.com to make the full range of on-site services easier and more intuitive to use.
“ForeSee Results will enable us to better understand how we can improve worldwide customer loyalty and repeat visits.”
