Ex-George Street director re-joins RFM Research
The Paisley-based research and consultancy firm is making a push to fill what it sees as a gap in the research market in Scotland and the north of England following the liquidation of George Street last month and the closure of the Scottish office of MRUK earlier this year.
RFM managing director Russell Ferguson said: “We are delighted to welcome David back to RFM and really look forward to growing our research business to complement our existing consultancy and training offerings.”
Primrose spent seven years with RFM before joining George Street in Edinburgh. The firm closed in September, citing a rise in bidding costs for public sector work and a steep fall in turnover. Primrose’s fellow directors Jo Fawcett and Sue Granville, along with ex-George Street employees Neil Costley and Shona Mulholland, have launched a new company, Why Research.
