UK— Easyjet has renewed its contract with Virtual Surveys to operate its online customer community in 2009-10.
The airline first appointed Virtual Surveys last year to create the community, which has grown to comprise more than 1,000 members who are able to take part in discussions, polls and surveys.
Easyjet’s customer research manager, Ethie Gayle, said: “We are delighted to re-commission the community as it continues to provide us with valuable insight into our customers’ expectations and needs.
“In just the past few months we have worked with the community members to implement changes to our in-flight product range, online booking system and boarding process. We look forward to continuing this conversation with passengers over the coming 12 months.”
