UK— EasyInsites is working with The Children’s Mutual to build and maintain a research panel of parents recruited from the financial services firm’s customer base.
The panel will ultimately have 5,000 members who will be asked to provide regular feedback to The Children’s Mutual, but panellists will also be made available to other research organisations through the Cint Panel Exchange.
Martin Bellingham, the mutual’s head of sales and marketing, said: “EasyInsites has designed ‘The Parent’s Panel’ to allow us to communicate directly with our customers in a way that is easy and non-intrusive for them whilst giving us valuable insight.”
