UK – Business data and analytics firm Dun & Bradstreet has agreed to acquire data onboarding and audience intelligence company Eyeota and business-to-business marketing data organisation NetWise for an undisclosed fee.
The deal will see both Eyeota and NetWise retain their branding and workforces, but will become part of Dun & Bradstreet’s Audience Solutions group, within the sales and marketing side of the business.
The acquisition of Eyeota is in the process of closing, and the NetWise transaction is expected to close in the next month, subject to customary closing conditions.
Dun & Bradstreet said the deals would help extend the company’s capabilities in business-to-business online marketing and improve and expand its Audience Solutions marketing business.
Last year Dun & Bradstreet launched an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, raising $1.7bn, and at the beginning of 2021 acquired European data analytics firm Bisnode.
Anthony Jabbour (pictured), chief executive officer of Dun & Bradstreet, said: “With the addition of these two complementary companies, we will be doubling down on our Audience Solutions business.”
Kristina Prokop, chief executive officer of Eyeota, said: “By combining forces with Dun & Bradstreet and NetWise, we will be able to offer a more holistic business-to-business audience platform to our clients.”
Dwight Gorall, chief executive officer of NetWise, said: “We look forward to joining the Dun & Bradstreet family with Eyeota.
“Once together, we can work to create a complete solution for clients, enabling a full spectrum of capabilities – from audience creation to activation – at scale across many demand-side platforms, customer relationship management systems, connected TV or social media platforms.”
