News North America

US — Seattle-based has established an on-demand service to do research interviews with healthcare professionals and so streamline qualitative data collection.

By using HD video streaming technology, the service uses live web-cam interviews with medical professionals, in as little as 48 hours. Researchers may also access two million vetted healthcare professionals on leading health panels such as Manthan, M3 and Medscape by WebMD.

Researchers can select a speciality and schedule a convenient time with automatically handling the logistics and incentive management.

The company was founded in 2012 by former Amazon Web Services product manager, Zach Simmons, who said that the unified research platform offered a service for the $6 billion dollar market that was largely under-served.
