UK— Online research agency DigitalMR has launched a syndicated report on the banking industry based on social media monitoring.
The firm said that its new banking report monitors “thousands” of online conversations about US and UK banks on open-access social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, forums, blogs, online stores and e-commerce websites.
DigitalMR said that analysis can provide findings such as share of voice and top performing brands, while customer comments are classified by sentiment for banking services including customer care, credit cards, mortgages and employees.
The report is available on an annual subscription with updates provided every quarter, month or week.
DigitalMR was launched earlier this year by Michalis Michael (pictured).
