UK – Research consultancy Differentology has appointed two new directors to lead its strategic insights team – Melissa Gonsalves and Matt Picton.
Gonsalves (pictured) was previously at Unilever where she was a futures specialist with expertise in cultural insights and future thinking.
Picton was formerly a director at Boxclever and prior to that, he worked at Hall & Partners. He specialises in design and delivery of complex quantitative studies with advanced analytical techniques.
Lizzie Gilthorpe, managing director, said: “Melissa and Matt are exciting additions to our team and demonstrate our focus on adding senior level expertise that we can in turn offer our clients. Their diverse experience fits with our consultative approach to understanding consumers.”
