US— Deltek, a project management software firm, has bought the Washington Management Group, whose FedSources and FedSources Consulting businesses provide research, analysis and advice on federal government contracts and spending.
The acquisition was an all-cash transaction worth $26m. In September Deltek bought government contract market research and analysis firm Input for $60m in cash.
Deltek CEO Kevin Parker said: “This acquisition extends our capabilities as the premier end-to-end government contracting solutions partner.”
