Cynozure hires data culture lead

UK – Data, analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) company Cynozure has appointed Louise Hutchins as director of data culture and literacy.

In her new role, Hutchins (pictured) will help make sure clients have the behaviours, skills, capabilities and approach needed to deliver value from data and AI.

Prior to joining Cynozure, Hutchins worked as a consultant and has previous experience working in customer experience, product management, customer relationship management, loyalty and data.

Cynozure is a data, analytics and AI business with offices in the UK, US and Europe.

Tim Connold, product and customer director at Cynozure, said: “Culture change and data literacy have been a huge area of growth for our business in the last 12 months, as businesses look to better equip their teams with the right skills to maximise the value from data and AI and stay ahead of the competition.
