US – Global data and insights firm Critical Mix has announced it will offer free mobile insights to encourage mobile survey use.
Its mobile research app – developed by UBMobile which it acquired earlier this year – includes gesture-based features for collecting attitudes and opinions, video and photos, and geo-fencing for location-based targeting, capturing passive and the path-to-purchase journey data.
The free service offer includes up to 10 questions among a representative sample of 200 US adults, males or females or millennials.
Hugh Davis, co-CEO, Critical Mix, said: “While mobile-first technology exists, and offers substantial advantages, its full potential has not yet been recognised in our industry. We want to break down the barriers by giving companies the opportunity to harness the benefits of mobile-first capabilities without experiencing any risk.”
